Youth & Students
We are the YS (Young Society ages 13-18) and this is why we’re here.
To know Christ: “For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood… Romans 3:25-26 NLT
To know God: “Don’t love the world’s ways. Don’t love the world’s goods. Love of the world squeezes out love for the Father. Practically everything that goes on in the world—wanting your own way, wanting everything for yourself, wanting to appear important—has nothing to do with the Father… 1 John 2:15-17 MSG
To serve people: …We need to be energetically at work for the One who sent me here, working while the sun shines. When night falls, the workday is over. For as long as I am in the world, there is plenty of light. I am the world’s Light.’” John 9:3-5 MSG
To BE… The Light Of The World: “No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.” Matthew 5:15 NLT
To train children (ages 1 – 12) in the way of the Lord, by creating a fun and safe learning environment. We use a variety of methods to emphasize the importance of the Word in every day life.
